Students of the Week
Beginning with the new school year, we will be changing distinguished students.  We will now have student of the month instead of the week.  The students will write a little bio about themselves , attach a picture and it will be posted as soon as you walk into the school lobby.      From: Ms. A. Our Student Body
Our school serves approximately 300 students in grades kindergarten through 8th.  There are two classes per grade.  Class size averages 33 through 39 students reflecting all ability levels with the normal range.  Each year our students take the ITBS in the Spring to help us get a better look at how our students are doing, using a standardized test.      Our students come from various parishes and neighboring communities in the Bronx.  The majority of our students are Catholic, but we welcome non-Catholic students alike.  Ethnically our students are very mixed, representing over 45 countries of origin.	Reading is my favorite subject.
